And previous photos of this new HDB Eunos Court virgin land.. These blocks highlighed in purple are the existing HDB Eunos Court flats. For many years, they have enjoyed unobstructed views. But soon, they would have to put up with construction noise and dusts. As well as when fully built up; their views would not only be obstructed. But also face the living room / bedroom windows of the newly built up flats... An equivalent of The Bayshore condo after the built-up of Costa Del Sol. The 4 bedroom units are either N1 or S1 facing. While the 3 and 2 bedders are facing E1. (With some facing N1). 1. N1= 318, 320, 332, 334, 340, 342, 352, 354, 356, 370, 372, 374, 380, 382, 384 and 386 has the auspicious double 8s at it's frontage. Good if the frontage has a water position. 1.1 Good if the master bedroom is located at NE sector. As it has good auspicious star combinations of MS#6 + WS#1. 1.2 If a bedroom is located at East is good for a bedroom cum study. 1.3 The rest of other sectors has inauspicious stars. And may need to be disarmed. 2. S1 = 312, 316, 326, 328, 330, 392, 394, 366, 368, 348, 350, 378, 362, 360, 368, 366, 394 etc. The combined auspicious wealth stars MS#8 + WS#8 are at the "rear" of the unit. Such a waste as usually this is the kitchen & yard area. 2.2 It will be good if a bedroom is located at East sector: good for studies. 2.3 If the main entrance is located at NE, this will be excellent as there are good combinations of MS#1 with WS#6 in this sector. Because for instance, BLK 38B, unit 322 the main windows are facing north. Hence based on what I've read from this forum so far, the facing direction should be north? Appreciate your reply.
