How about a unit close-by to an eating house? 1. First time that comes to the mind are the exhaust vent(s) often at the rear of the eating house. Depending on wind conditions, it is highly probable for lower floor units especially at Stack #108 to perhaps get a whiff of the aroma of "wok hey" etc...
