Hi Kelvin, Generally, even without looking at feng shui, you can easily tell which area in Singapore are better by looking at where most of the landed properties or high value properties are located. These are often the prime areas in Singapore. Every house or apartment is unique at every location, it isn't right for us to make any form of comments unless a full analysis is done to check on the luck of the house itself. I no matter which location there will be some good and bad units. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Hi Kelvin, Frankly, the luck of a home comes from the Environment. And since the environment is hard to correct. This I must say is ultimately most important. If your surrounding environment is average, then no matter how much you enhance your own four walls (ie flying star) it will only remain average kind of luck. So you are only looking at one aspect of the flying star analysis. Sum of 10 or any other flying star features are only good if they are in the right location where the house can benefit from it. Not having it but having a house with more sectors auspicious in the right location can be better than having a sum of 10 which only say appears at the storeroom sector. It is really hard to tell you just based on this whether a house is good or not. You have to look at the overall picture and then rate it accordingly. Hope that helps. Hi Anon, It is hard to advise you what is best to do. But if you ask me, if you don't feel comfortable in an environment, then how are you going to perform your best? At least, this is what can tell from your description so far. It does not seem like you are comfortable at all, ie stress or tense up and worried. All these factors are not going to help you in anyway. If you really do not feel confortable in your environment, maybe you should consider looking for alternative employment (while you continue your work at your current location). Whatever your decision, I think you should first find someway to relax yourself. Only when you are relaxed can you work better, and make a better decision. The best I can help you is to provide you with a free ba zi credit that can help you check whether what elements or career are suitable. Maybe that can give you some better insights. E-mail support@geomancy.net with your member account and I will credit you with a ba zi analysis. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research.

Hi Sophia, There is no harm placing the 6 coins to balance up the sector. However, I would also recommend that you consider some modern enhancements such as like HEPA Air Cleaner (ie Sharp Plasma Ion Air Cleaner etc). Such modern equipment can help reduce the amount of bacteria in the house and thus reducing any illness. Which if you think about it will definately help as reducing bateria or keeping air fresh will reduce the chance of any family member falling ill. Hope that helps. Hi Michelle, Firstly, you should know that Feng Shui isn't a mircle cure for all problems. Especially in your situation here for wanting to have another child. I think here that Medicine Science or taking Herbal Enhancers will give you more hope than relying on Feng Shui. In terms of your second e-mail. To know when would be the best time, that you can check your ba zi luck to see which year is best for you. I can give you a complimentary ba zi analysis which you can look at the 2005/2006/2007 forecast to check which is better. Please e-mail me support@geomancy.net with your member account and I will credit you a free credit to check that. Hope that helps. Hi, Basically, for the Eight House, any of the 4 directions are suitable for that person. It does not mean that a West house person must stay in the West house only or a East house person must stay in the East house. The purpose of 4 good and 4 bad directions is to give you a flexibility to choose a home suitable to the breadwinner. Given that a house has to suite the breadwinner first as he is considered the head of the house earning most to sustain the entire family. So as long as the house falls within any of the 4 good direction (ie Excellent, Prosperity, Health or Longevity) it is considered an auspicious home for that period. One note here. West facing homes unfortunately has this problem of the Sun set influence. Which is another form of Sha Qi that should always be considered. This is because the heat of the sun can make the home very hot or warm thus creating a negative impact to the people staying in the house (unless you can afford to keep the air conditioner on all the time). Anyway, if you are looking for which sector would be better than usually among the 4 good direction Excellent or Prosperity would be better for house if possible. But frankly, as long as the facing is any of the 4 good direction, this is good enough. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Dear Bridget, The two concepts are different:- 1. Flying star is about the luck of the house, where is the wealth stars, where are the inauspicious stars of the house. This analysis tells you whethera sector is good or not or how much luck you can get from the home itself. 2. Eight House on the other hand is about the suitability of the sector, or best direction. A good sector of the home based on the flying star does not mean it will be suitable to you or not. ie say the bedroom has excellent flying star luck, but if the bedroom sector falls in the North and your Eight House tells you this is Death/Disaster sector. No matter how good the stars of the North sector of the house, it does not fit you. Since it does not fit you, it means you cannot get the maximium amount of luck from staying in that sector even though the luck of the flying star is good. So Eight House is about how you suit a sector or bedroom, while flying star is about how good the luck of that portion of the house will be. It is still possible to correct flaws if the flying star is inauspicious, but it is not possible to fix up a unsuitable sector. If a sector does not fit you, no matter how you correct it, it will still not fit you. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Hi Anon, Generally, it is not advisable for you to be involved in renovation works or moving process especially since you are pregnant. Like you mentioned, the various installation especially dismantling or hammaring works are not auspicious for the baby in terms of Chinese believe. So you should avoid getting yourself involved at all. In fact, if possible you should not be present at any of the works. Since you are pregnant, never move in your existing bed that you are using now. Best to get new beds for the new home. Ideally, if possible you should wait till you have given birth then, move to the new home. Else, at least you should avoid getting involved in the renovation/move in works of the home. And if you do move in, you should not bring your old bed to the new home. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Hi Anon, As for the kitchen, the base star is star 6, so the appearance of the star 5 means that an inauspicious star enters into that sector for the year. However, given that there is a Strong Metal influence, this star 5 has less impact on this sector. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Hi Cindy, Firstly, the yearly or annual stars only effect the sector for the current year. Once the year is over the influence will be gone or changed. So I won't be too concern over this star 9 given that it isn't a potentially star to worry about (unlike star 2 or 5). The water feature is good because it will create a five element flow:- 7 - Metal, Fountain - Water, Star 3 Wood. Which makes Metal - Metal - Hello. My eating area has 7 MS, 7 WS & 3 Period Star with the 9 annual. I have a tabletop fountain here but upon analyzing this area, I assumed the 9 fire burns the 3 wood, at the same time the 7 metal also neutralizes the 3 wood. Is the water therefore not required here?

Hi Theresa, Yes, that is correct. If you haven't yet move-in to the house, never bring in old furnitures. New furnitures that are delivered in before the move-in is ok. The moment you bring in old furnitures, that will symbolise that you have move in the house. Thus, move in your old furnitures only after you have selected your auspicious date to move in officially. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Hi Anon, True Feng Shui does not really make use of any feng shui items or products. Feng Shui is all about creating a harmonious environment for everyone to life in. This means like ensuring the surrounding and interior of the home are properly layout, furnitures are arranged for best placement, bed placements, colour scheme etc. Such items does not have any magical effect nor do they come with any warranty that says that once you use it, it will bring you wealth or luck in X days. Feel free to wear or use it if you like the item, but do not expect any mircle from it in terms of Feng Shui point of view. Such items we normally classify as Human Luck factor. If it makes you feel good, go ahead and use it. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Hi Sophia, 1. The protractor was purchased at Popular. However, Iknow that not allpopular branches keep all sorts of items. Try thebigger or main branches. Last time, Cecil bought it was from Brash Basah branch. A full 360 degree one is harder to come by. Most sell only the180 degree one. 2. Sorry, didn't quite catch what exactly you are asking on the second portion. Could you eleborate. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Hi Anon, I am not sure how you got the older analysis module loaded even though I disabled it long time ago. It seems that an old link to that is still available and it is analysing the results as it is disabled. As a weak Earth, generally:- 1. Fire and Earth makes you stronger. (Favourable) 2. Wood destroy Earth, so weaken it. (Unfavourable) 3.Since Metal exhaust Earth, it also makes it weak. At the same Metal actually destroy Wood, which weaken Wood. Thus Metal is a double influence. However, to make it simple, Metal by default exhaust an element first before destroying it. As such the first influence comes first. (Unfavourable) 4. Water is your wealth, as a weak Earth, wealth isn't that favourable until you are strong enough. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Hi Dragana, Sorry, can't quite picture the scenario, so unable to really comment if that poise as a problem or not. If you can, please provide a simple sketch of what you mean. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Hi Mike, For everyone, there are will be an Eight House direction and Ba Zi element direction. For some directions, Eight House may say North is Excellent while Ba Zi may be weak Fire so North (Water) is unfavourable. If you encounter such as similiar situation, then North isn't the best overall direction to choose from, compared to say a Health direction with favourable element ie South (for weak fire person). Where two reports tells you it is auspicious, this would be considered the best overal direction. TheBa Zi and Eight House reports can only give you a guide as to which directions are better for you. As to whether or not you can make it, will depend a lot on yourself. So you should only use the feng shui concepts here a guide. Ultimately, you have to decide if you have the sufficient skills / business to make a successful venture into that country. As for the second part of your question regarding the crsytal balls. If you like them and hang them for decoration. There should not be a problem. Remember that, feng shui is ultimately about creating harmony in your environment. It is not done by the use of mircle feng shui items/products. But usually through creating nice colour scheme or placement of furniture to get the best overall beneficial Qi. So as long as you feel comfortable, you will work better and everything will be improve. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Hi Anon, This has been mentioned many times. Suitability is one area which cannot be corrected. You either should avoid it or move to a better direction to completely remove that problem. The other way to reduce the impact is to have more favourable colours (ie your clothing colour etc). This will also improve your luck and thus reduce the inauspicious impact from the suitability issue of the Eight House. Other areas ensure other feng shui flaws in your home are fixed. These will help reduce the impact of the inauspicious work direction. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Hi Ed Gin, No need to be full-height solid platform. Often feng shui is about symbolic objects. As long as you have something which acts as a partition. That will be enough. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Hi Anon, Actually,a house should best fit the breadwinner. If the house fits the breadwinner, it also means that the rest of the family will benefit from the luck of the breadwinner since he earns a living for the entire family. The rest of the family does not need to have the entrance or frontage of the house to fit them individually. As long as, each of the family members have a suitable bedroom in which they draw luck from. So that means that it does not mean that each family member must enter the house using a different entrance (or the entrance that fit them individually). This isn't how this concept should be applied. Feng shui shouldn't be making your life miserable. It purpose is to create an environment that is harmonious for everyone to live in. If you feel comfortable, then you can work better and stay happier. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Hi Anon, Since the toilet location isn't a good location in the house, therefore it is ideal to have stars like the illness/misfortune stars. Usually such bad stars if fall in the toilet, storeroom etc are ok because they are not key areas in the house. The Kitchen is a fairly important area, so if there are any sickness or misfortune sstars, then you should neutralise the sector with Metal (white/gold colours). If the sector already has like star 6 or 7, then it should be much of a big issue. Generally, the best and most effectiveway to cure is always to balance the sector with the right colour scheme. If not, the traditional cure for big metal is to have the "6 coins tied together with red thread" to help neutralise the sector. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research.

Hi Micky, Unless I am mistaken, I given you two credits. So you can check the dates for both you and your wife. Priority should be a good date for yourself, then followed by your wife. If cannot find the best match, at least should be the best date for yourself. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Hi Micky Tan, I don't often do this. Anyway, I have given you 2 x monthly auspicious dates analysis in your member account. Auspicious Dates URL: http://www.geomancy.net/help/help-myfengshui/help-reports-date-month.htm Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Dear Laura, Usually, the only issues with mirror is that it can bounce luck out. So if you place mirror directly where the window is, you actually bounce the Qi out before it have the opportunity to circulate into the home. As for what are the tips available, each home is quite unique, so quite difficult to tell you what you should be doing to maximise the arrangemet of your furniture. The best tip I can advice, is make use of our free online reports such as the Ba Zi (element), Eight House. Ba Zi report - can tell you what elements you lack, so this can give you some idea what colours are good for each room etc. Eight House - can help you arrange the bed position, sleeping position, study/work direction etc. Doing as many things correct, will improve your overall luck. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research
