Hi Carmen, Spook and Irritation are considered acceptable in most case. It is even worse if the room is in the death or disaster sector. If the house is suitable to your husband (assuming he is the breadwinner for the house), then this isn't a big issue, as he will be obtaining his luck from the house. This will offset the slightly less suitable bedroom. It is almost impossible to get a home with 100% zero flaws. There is bound to be some slight flaws here and there. As long as you fix up and correct all other flaws that can be corrected, it will reduce any impact from the slight flaw in one concept. So fix up all other flaws in the home and enhance your own personal luck via choosing suitable colours, career to improve you heavenly given luck (ba zi). This will offset any impact from a unsuitable bedroom sector. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Hi Carmen, Generally for landed property, then it is usally the facing of the house itself most of the time where your drive into the home. This is usually considered the frontage of the house. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Hi James, For example, if there is like a single lamp post cutting into the house from the living room window. If you can't see the threat it will not be a problem, so if you have like day curtain and keep it close, it will help block the Sha Qi from entering into the house. Also, sometimes plants or even a fish tank may also be placed that that position to help block of the Sha Qi. So it all depends on what exactly is the problem and how severe is the Sha Qi, then you can make use of one of the solution to help block the Shq Qi. Then since your spouse does not get a very suitable house suitability, you will then try to make sure that she gets a more suitable bedroom ie one of the 4 good directions. Since you as the breadwinner gets a better house, then you can take on a less suitable bedroom ie spook/irritation and even disaster/death sectors. However, it would be best if either of you avoid Death or Disaster sector if possible. Sometimes, this may still be unavoidable. That means the house isn't as suitable to both of you as you would like. Then you do not have much of a choice. That is why choosing a good house is that important. External Feng Shui and house suitability are two areas which you have very little way to correct after you move in. Hope that helps. HiHwee Ling, Generally, this is some signs of personal intuition that maybe at work. Most of time, when someone very close or something bad or unsual is about to work, most people have this eye twitching feature. This could be some kind of warning that something may be going on. Everyone has some form of personal intuition or 6th sense that can give you advance warning. So this could be one of the kind of signs. Alternatively, it may be nothing except that your eyes are irritated. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET- Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Dear Micky, Generally, most Chinesewould want to avoid moving in or getting married during Qing Ming month. But really depends on how "pan dan" (superstitious) you are on this issue. Generally, as long as you choosea auspicious date, it should be fine. Since our auspicious dates are very personalised, I cannot just tell you which date is good. Our auspicious analysis considers the ba zi, tong shu and more. So every person's most auspicious date are different:- URL: http://www.geomancy.net/products/po-dates/po-dates.htm Hope that helps. Dear Ramesh Ramchand, Unfortunately, suitability to a home just like the external factors of a home is the hardest or almost impossible to correct once you have purchased the house. Thus, it is important that when you are hunting for your home, you make sure these two areas are good, else there is very little you can do afterwards. The only advice here I can give you is to ensure that all other areas such as flying star of the home is corrected, enhance your own individual ba zi, and ensure that at least you have a suitable bedroom location to help offset the adverse impact of the unsuitable house. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Hi Adeline, Glad that you enjoyed our website. Firstly, this year is a Metal Rooster in a Wood Year. So the main influence is the Wood year influence. The element that your self element (Strong metal) destroys is your wealth. ie Metal destroy Wood, thus Wood is your wealth element. Given you are a Strong Metal, you will be able to benefit from this year. So it becomes auspicious for you. As a Strong metal, water helps to exhaust your excess Metal, while Fire also destroy your metal to reduce the excess Metal. So Water, Wood & Fire are all favourable for you. So this year will automatically be a good year for you. So if you plan to do anything important this would be the best year to do it. Hi Anon, I believe it that is refering to the Flying Star concept. There is a description which is quite similiar, Up mountain and Down Mountain. So 7 Up could refer to Number 7 Star in the Up mountain or 7 Star in the Down mountain configuration. Up mountain and Down mountain simply refers to where the mountain is located ether at the front or back of the house depending on the frontage. Hope that helps. Hi Anon, There is no mircle solution for helping you sell the house in terms of feng shui. The only things you can do is maybe use some of the good points about the house especially if it is feng shui friendly. You will be better off making sure that you have price the house at a correct price, and ensuring that the place is kept clean and look new (ie fresh coat of paint). Most people will like that. Also, ensure you get an agent with lots of network contacts. The more comfortable the people that come to view your house look, the more likely you will be able to sell the place. That is about the best advise you can follow. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Dear Song Kin San, Frankly, you can choose any of the 4 good directions. It does not really matter which belongs to which direction as best or not. As long as you sit face one of your good direction, you will enjoy luck from your suitable direction. Of course, we try to assoicate which type of sector is best for which. So for bedroom or sleeping position, obviously it is best for the health or longevity. However, it won't be wrong even if you choose to have your bed facing prosperity etc. Hope that helps. Hi Anon, Since most objects are defined by the colour, if you have nearly all items in your home not favouring you it is quite difficult to say change everything. Probably, change whatever you can, for example re-painting the rooms would be cheaper than repainting the car. So whatever you can change without costing too much money go ahead and do it first, those which you cannot afford to change, next time when you replace it then change the colours etc. In addition, since this is regarding martial discord, probably it will be a good ideal to seek counselling (non-feng shui method) to attempt to find out what's wrong in the relationship. I mean in terms of relationship, it really takes two parties to make it work. If both parties are willing to give and take, there isn't any reason why you cannot maintain a better relationship. But certainly it has to be both parties willing to make it work. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research.

Hi Sophia, May I know if the home is a Landed Property or an apartment? 1. If landed property, you can take the compass direction from the main frontage of the house. 2. If it is an apartment on high floors say above 9/10, then you can take the frontage from living room/balcony area. If not sure, take a North direction reading, and mark it on the layout plan, we can help you obtain the main door/facing direction. Hope that helps. Hi Lynn, Eight House concept is all about suitability. There is really nothing you can do if a house isn't suitable to you except not to buy or stay in such a house. This is because even if a house is good, but if it does not suit you, it is like saying you can only obtain 25-50% of the luck from the house. So what is the point of buying such a house. The only thing I can say here is that if you are not the breadwinner of the house, then it is not as bad. This is because the breadwinner's suitability to the house is more important than the family members staying in the same home. However, if possible, you should try to avoid such a unsuitable house. Especially if it faces your Death or Disaster. Remember, that once you buy the house, there is no way you can change the direction of the house. So if it is unsuitable, best to avoid it wherever possible. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Hi Anon, For Eight House, this kind of opposite situations are quite common. Here is where you must apply the give and take approach. For example, the house should best fit the breadwinner earning most for the entire family. While the bedrooms should be suitable to other family members that will be staying there. So for example, if the breadwinner gets a Prosperity facing, even if he gets a lesser suitable bedroom ie spook / irritation, this should be fine. The breadwinner should then give the spouse a better room ie Health. That means that even if the spouse isn't that suitable to the house, she will draw luck from the more suitable bedroom. Other areas, you must use other concepts such as:- 1.Ba zi element to determine what colours, career etc are most suitable to you, then enhance as many areas in your life so that you have favourable elements to assist you. 2. Flying Star to determine whether the house is auspicious or inauspicious. Make sure you balance up all the star 5/2 which are sickness and misfortune stars. 3. Make sure your home isn't Death or Disaster to you else, in the long run to get better luck you have to move out to a more suitable place. Else you will continue to face problems. Make use of the many free tools provided on our website to help you find out what are the poential area that could be affecting you. Only then can you know how to enhance your luck. Often, when you face lots of problems at once, it is usually a series of flaws present at the same time (ie. luck period bad, house feng shui bad, house suitability bad, career element not suitable etc). So unless you understand why it is so, it is hard for anyone to tell you how you should be correcting it. Our tools helps you get some understanding so that you can attempt to create an environment most suitable to you and your family. Hope that helps. Hi Diana, For choice of tomb, you will have to use shapes and forms concept to determine which part of the land would be better. Probably, look out for like the Four Symbolic animals, where is the tortise protection, where is the open area, and many other shapes and form concept like water position, mountain position etc. Those are more important in the choice of a tomb location. The Eight House suitability isn't used for the dead, it is a concept for the living. Probably best, here to get someone who does tomb location geomancer as they can better advise you which is better position. Hope that helps. Dear Knight Elliott, Regarding the toilet in the center, unfortunately, there isn't much you can do unless you can move the toilet position to another location. The only thing you can do is keep the toilet door close and toilet seat cover down when not in use. Try to fix up other areas in your home that is fixable to increase luck from other areas so as to compensate for this flaw. Probably the corner from the wall would be the thing you should worry more. It is hard for me to tell you how you can block it, some suggestions would be if you can have some form of partition blocking the qi shi at the main door or some plants at the corner to break the shape of the poison arrow. Those should help in some way or another. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Dear Shan, Glad that you enjoy the website. The reason there isn'tinfo on mobile homes, is that there isn't such a thing in the past. All homes once built isn't built to move around. But in any case, since the home is mobile, I would say that the date you move the home in would be the year the house will be considered built. So it that means period 8 (2004-2023). So this should be probably the best way to classify the year it was built in your case. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Hi Anon, Our system uses western date and time of birth as the input parameters. It will convert the western dob into lunar calendar for analysis. You will need to use the western dob to use our analysis. Based on your lunar calendar 21 day, 4th month, 1974, your western dob is either 12 May 1974 or 11 May 1974. Depending on whether you are born on the 1st 4th (Big Moon) month or the 2nd 4th (Small Moon) month. This is because that year has an intercalary lunar month. So there are two 4th months. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Hi Anthony, Flying star luck changes for every 20-year, year, month, and even day and hour. So if the consultation was done for yearly type of analysis, and cures being suggested is to fix up only yearly cure, then yes the cure might not be appropriate anymore. Usually, a good analysis should focus on fixing the larger picture ie problems in the 20-year sector which wholes true for a long people. And some minor fine tuning for the yearly stars. This way even if you do not make changes to the yearly stars, it will not matter too much. Anyway, all depends on the person doing your consultation. It seems your consultant applies yearly cure only. Meaning every year you review, it will be different again. Hope that helps. Dear Wing Seng Lee, Frankly, there are many issues that need to be looked at when you want to know why you are facing problems. 1. Heaven Luck only gives you an idea what luck you are supposed to have and what elements are generally favourable or unfavourable to you. You also have to know what percentage of elements you have to that you can fine tune as many areas to be suitable to you. 2. Job Industry and Job scope also makes a big difference. ie say you are in the banking industry (Metal), but if you job scope is management or customer relationship (Earth), if you are in sales or marketing (Fire) or if your in IT (metal). 3. In addition, for those that are always having problems, our experiences tells us often it could be the Earth Luck (your Home) which could be the major cause of your problems. ie if the house is not suitable to you, or that your home has very bad feng shui then you will also have very bad feng shui even though your ba zi luck may be excellent. Sometimes, it can also be bad home feng shui as well as house problem. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Dear Nhan Vo, Frankly, wind chime is useful if placed outside the house or close to the window area. It can be very irritating if you place inside the house especially in your situation. Alternative to a wind chime, you can choose to suitable colour scheme such as White/Gold (Metal) colours to balance up the sector. Alternatively, use the 6 coins with red string as an alternative. But also it depends on what is the other stars in the sector, sometimes if there is a star 6 in the sector, then I don't think the star 5 annual star may be that of a big issue. I think you should consider the implications of a wind chime as it can be very irritation for the family. So instead of making it better it may make it worst for everyone. Hope that helps.
